Hummus & Roasted Vegetable Wrap

This delicious wrap features our house-made Scaramouche's hummus, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted red onions, roasted red peppers, roasted portobello mushrooms and then stuffed to the brim with our house salad (arugula, garlic roasted flax, vegan parm and a lemony vinaigrette). Once rolled, it hits the grill to get lightly crispy on the outside.
