Ingredients

Napa cabbage, kale, buckwheat, purple cabbage, carrots, Brussel sprouts, tofu, maple sesame dressing, dried cranberries, slivered almonds.

Details

This salad has been adoringly nicknamed "Carnivore Crack" because even avid meat eaters can't resist this jar of wholesome veggies (don't tell them cruciferous vegetables are insanely healthy and have anti-cancer properties!)

We start with tofu that marinates in our house made Maple Sesame dressing, layer shredded purple cabbage, matchstick carrots, Brussel sprout confetti, buckwheat, Napa cabbage & kale, then top with slivered almonds and dried cranberries.

To enjoy a Strata Salad Jar, simply turn your jar over into a big bowl, toss, and serve a beautifully balanced, delicious, hearty and healthy meal! Refrigerate any leftovers and consume within 24 hours.

Strata Salad Jars are sold in a 1L glass jar. Clean jars can be returned for $1 credit towards your next purchase.

    Customer Love Notes ♥️

The best soups in the north! Seriously, Kristy makes some of the most flavourful food and you can taste the love. If you’re in Hamilton Ontario, do not miss the chance!

Bought two stews and a cheese at Apothecary Kitchen and they were all excellent. The halloumi cheese was so good. Fried up like the real thing and got nice and brown on the outside. Topped with lemon and salt. The stews were flavourful and two jars (served with rice) easily served four people with leftovers. Everything filling and tasty.

Stopped in and tried the Mac Attack because I love pasta and it is SO good. I’ve literally never had anything this creamy and it’s not even made with any cream. Wow!!!!!

I enjoyed the Definitely Dairy-Free Cheddar Soup. It tasted like it had authentic cheddar in it, which was fascinating. I recommend Apothecary Kitchen to anyone who wants a healthy meal.

Cannot say enough about my first experience there. The food was excellent - soooo much flavour. We tried a sample breakfast cookie, the Carrot, curry sweet potato soup, the mac and cheese and the homemade hummus wrap. Tens across the board. 11's even. So good!

And the woman who served us was AWESOME. So kind and accommodating. Go try this place!

Pleasantly surprised by the options At Apothecary Kitchen...I didn’t even miss the meat protein. Could not finish in one sitting. Soup was delicious, creamy and included good sized mushroom pieces. Nice portion for a “small”. Both lunch items were satisfying and light, perfect for a work lunch that won’t make you want to take a nap! Happy this is steps from my office, I will be back!

I have tried many of Kristy’s soups and they are all very flavourful & hearty. My favourite is the Golden Coconut Carrot Ginger - probably one of the best soups I ever had!!
